Description: We provide senior-level transactional attorneys with 20+ years of experience in private practice including in-house/general counsel and/or management experience to work part-time at the company’s offices. Our target market includes small-to-mid-size early-stage and emerging public and private companies in ANY business sector that are BASED IN LOS ANGELES COUNTY CALIFORNIA that have not yet employed their own full-time in-house counsel or general counsel. Good candidate companies are currently paying $50,000 to $100,000 or more per year to outside lawyers for transactional services. Seeking CFO’s,CEO’s and COO’s(including part-time and outsourced CEO’s, CFO’s and COO’s) to pitch our program to. $500 success fee.
