Description: Looking for introductions to Attorneys who need financing to help smooth their cash flow or for their clients who need funds while they pursue their case. We are a specialty finance company which caters to plaintiffs, lawyers and law firms , who specialize in Personal Injury, Medical Malpractice, Subrogation and other areas where the attorney works on a contingency basis. We provide liquidity to fund case costs, advertising, and general working capital needs. Unlike a bank, however, we can provide your firm with a far greater amount of liquidity, because we have the experts to evaluate your most valuable assets–your future contingency fees. We make advances based on 1) a firm’s trial record, and 2) our determination of the likely amount of contingency fees that we estimate you will collect in the future. We also can fund your clients to help the while they are out of work or need help paying bills while you pursue their case. Success fee is a minimum of $200 but negotiable based on contract and can be as much as 5%.
